Registration
|
Students who wish to enroll in a class should complete a registration form and take it to their Onsite Facilitator or bring the completed form to the HCVS Office.
Please note: HCVS is a service that works in partnership with schools. Grades are reported to schools who are then responsible for assigning credit, as appropriate. Enrollees should obtain the principal's signature on all registration requests in order to assure that the grades will be accepted for credit by that school.
Home-schooled students may have grades sent to their umbrella organizations or other appropriate credit-granting entity, if desired.

Onsite Facilitators
|
Most schools that participate in the HCVS program have a person (often a guidance counselor) who has been trained to register students in online classes. This person is called the Onsite Facilitator (OF).
Click here for a list of Onsite Facilitators.
If your school is not listed, call the HCVS office at 423-209-8804.
