Discounts

Siblings - Brothers and Sisters will receive a half-price discount after the first child on daily rates. This discount does not apply to registration fees or field trip fees. If siblings attend the program at different Hamilton County Schools on the same day, the discount will apply. If siblings do not attend the program on the same day, the discount does not apply.

Credits

If a child is absent and payment has already been made, the account will be given credit. If you plan on transferring to another school that has an SACC Program and have a credit, you can request for it to be moved to the new site. If you plan on removing your child(ren) from the SACC Program and have a credit, you must request for a credit to made to you.

Returned Checks

You will be notified should a check be returned to us for any reason. A $20.00 fee will be charged for a check returned unpaid by the bank. After two returned checks, cash or money orders only will be accepted for payments.
