All children enrolled in the program must attend a Hamilton County Public School. Children must have completed Kindergarten prior to enrollment in the Summer Program. During the school year, children must be enrolled in Kindergarten or higher grades.

Children are eligible to attend until completion of the eight grade. However, children are not eligible to attend after they become fourteen years of age. Any child suspended from school may not attend the SACC Program during suspension.

Children may only attend Child Care at the school where they are enrolled on regular school days. This procedure only applies to regular school days when buses are in service. It does not apply to Summer, Snow Days, In-Service, or Holidays.
