The purpose of the SACC Program is to provide adult supervision for students during before and after school hours and on full days when school is not in session. The SACC Program is not an educational program and does not provide educational services, including special education and / or related services necessary to implement a child's IEP.
All children with disabilities who enroll in the program will be provided reasonable modification in order to have meaningful access to the SACC Program, to the extent that the modifications do not result in either a fundamental alteration of the program or services offered by the SACC Program or create an undue financial or administrative burden.
