Tryouts begin on Aug. 15th, 2011 at Ooltewah High School 

You must have had a physical after April 15th, 2011 in order to tryout. 

Athletes who do not have a form filled out by their physician will not be allowed to participate.

If you have not had a physical, please print off the following Medical Evaluation Form and take it to your physician.
