You must have had a physical after April 15, 2011 in order to tryout.  If you have not had a physical, please print off the following Medical Evaluation Form and take it to your physician.

There will be an informational meeting for all boys and girls interested in trying out for golf on Wednesday, February 16th at 7:00am in Room 212.
