Youth Programs

With so many negative influences in the world today, children need to find activities that will develop positive character traits, an attitude toward community service, and a positive self-image.  Children need to know that someone cares enough about them to spend time with them.  They need positive social interactions.  Many Falling Water students come from single-parent families or families where both parents work.  In either case, it is often difficult for parents to find the time or energy to spend with their children when they are not in school.  How these children spend their time is of great importance.  They can either spend it doing positive, productive things; or they can spend it doing negative things that may be self-destructive.  Fortunately, Chattanooga offers several programs for today’s youth that may provide them with enough positive influences to overcome the negative ones.
