REGISTRATION

Registration for the new school year begins at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday, August 9, 2006.

When registering a student who is new to the East Ridge area, please bring the following information:

Proof of residence

· Two (2) utility bill showing the address and parent or guardian’s name or

· Lease showing address and parent or guardian’s name and one utility bill

Birth Certificate

Social Security Card

Withdrawal from previous school or report card

TN health card

Custody papers
