B = 85 - 92
C = 75 - 84
D = 70 - 74
F = 69 or below
Report Cards
Report cards are issued at the end of each nine weeks. The final grade is the average of the four-quarter grades and determines if a student passes of fails. An incomplete may be given but must be made up within two weeks, or the grade automatically becomes an F. It is the student’s responsibility to make up an incomplete.
Make-up Work
Make-up work is the responsibility of the student. After three days of absence, students or parents may call the secretary or guidance office to get make-up assignments. The individual teacher will handle make-up work for fewer than three days when the student returns to school. Unless special permission is granted, a student has a number of days equal to the number of days absent to make up his/her work. Unexcused absences may result in make-up work that receives reduced credit. Make-up work does not have to be allowed for students who were in class when the work was assigned.
Cheating
Cheating will result in a zero grade on the work and notification of parents by teacher. Repeated offenses will result in parent conference, office referral, and disciplinary action.
