Principals Message
Hello Parents, I cannot believe that we are at the end of the third quarter! Exams for grades 6-8 will be next week. The schedule is: Thursday 3/7 Math Tuesday 3/12 Social Studies Wednesday 3/13 Lang Arts/ Science/ Related Arts Thursday 3/14 Rel. Arts/ Make up exams. Your child should have materials to study for each exam. Remember that exams count 20% of the final grade. . Report cards will go out March 22nd. With one quarter remaining, I urge everyone to continue to check Powerschool to track grades. If there are missing assignments, students can make these up for partial credit. Congratulations to our wrestlers. They finished 4th in the county and 1st in their division. We had many individual winners. I know these young men have worked hard and earned every win. The baseball team is getting started. The team was picked this week. Players need to be aware of the weather and prepare for practicing in the possible cold temperatures! Track tryouts begin Tuesday and Thursday of next week (3/12 and 3/14) immediately after school. It could be cold out so make sure that athletes are appropriately dressed for running outdoors. There are many calendar items for the next 2 months. We will do our best to update the sign in front of the building and will alter dates on the website as well.
